I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and follow the on-screen instructions.
You will receive an email or text which will give you the option to create a new Password*.
*If you have 2FA enabled it will require you to enter a code texted to you to complete the password reset or change.
Also, if you prefer our app offers facial ID sign on after password reset is completed.

What should I do if I'm locked out of my account?
If you are locked out of your BoydSports account contact us at 702-888-7501 or fill out our Contact Us form. Provide your Boyd Rewards ID number and describe your issue.

Why can’t I reset my Android device password?
If you are using an android device you will need to follow the directions below.

Why can't I place a bet?
Please check that the bet follows house rules or your bet amount may be too high, or your account might not have enough funds. If the bet requires approval, please be patient.
Why do I keep getting the “You Are Not in Nevada” error?
- Ensure your device has location services enabled. Restart the app, check your network connection, and confirm you are within Nevada.
- Location services are required to confirm you're physically in Nevada due to gaming regulations.
- For iOS:
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
- Make sure that Location Services is on.
- Scroll down to find the app.
- Tap the app and select an option:
- Never: Prevents access to Location Services information.
- Ask Next Time Or When I Share: This allows you to choose Always While Using App, Allow Once, or Don't Allow.
- While Using the App: Allows access to Location Services only when the app or one of its features is visible on screen. If an app is set to While Using the App, you might see your status bar turn blue with a message that an app is actively using your location.
- Always: Allows access to your location even when the app is in the background.
- For Android:
- Important: If an app has permission to use your device's location, it can use your device's approximate location, precise location, or both.
- On your device's home screen, find the app icon.
- Touch and hold the app icon.
- Tap App info
- Tap Permissions > More > All permissions.
- Under "Location," you can find the type of location the app requested. If you don't find "Location," this app hasn’t asked for your device's location.
- Types of location apps can request:
- Approximate location: The app can tell that your device is in an area about 3 square kilometers.
- Precise location: The app can tell your device’s exact location.
- In the foreground: The app can use your location only when the app is open on your screen or when you ask the app to do something.
- In the background: The app can use location info at any time, even if you aren’t using it.
Can I use the app outside of Nevada?
You can view your account history and wagers from outside of Nevada, but you will not be able to place new wagers.
How do I update my contact information?
For phone number or email updates, go to My Profile > Personal Details. For name or address changes, call us at 702-888-7501.
Why isn’t 2-Factor Authentication working for me?
Contact us at 702-888-7501 or fill out our Contact Us form with your Boyd Rewards ID number.
How do I cancel or dispute a bet?
Bets cannot be canceled from the app. If you believe a bet was made in error or want to dispute one, contact us immediately at 702-888-7501.
Why does the app keep crashing?
Please attempt to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Why am I sent back to the login screen?
The Boyd Sports app has a time out feature for your protection. Use biometric authentication (Fingerprint or Face ID) for faster logins.
What do I do if my device freezes during wagering?
Reboot your device and restart the app. Check your Bet History, and if you see any issues, contact us.
Can I use the Boyd Sports app on a rooted/unlocked device?
Rooted/unlocked devices are not supported. Consider resetting or updating your device.
Where can I sign up for a Boyd Sports account?

How long does it take to sign up?
With all required documents, signing up only takes minutes. It is important to note that signing up with our Boyd Sports app also enrolls you in our Boyd Rewards loyalty.
How do I close my Boyd Sports account?
Visit any Boyd sports book. The closure process and withdrawal of any funds can be done within minutes.
What if I want to limit the amounts I can wager?
You can go to settings and change your limits. My Profile > Exclusions > Select the types of limits or exclusions you like placed on your account.
Can a friend or family member deposit to my account?
All transactions must be made by the account holder.
What happens if I move out of Nevada?
You can keep your account open but you will not be able to wager outside Nevada.

How do I earn Race Rewards?
Race Rewards are earned based on 2% of race wager buy-in.
Can I earn Tier Credits?
Currently, only Boyd Rewards Points are awarded for mobile and retail wagers.
How do I fund my Boyd Sports account?
Use cash in person at any of the Boyd sports books or PayNearMe. PayNearMe locations map can be found here. Or sign up for a Play+ account to fund via ACH, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal deposits.
How do I fund my Play+ account?
Log into the app, go to My Profile > Deposit > Boyd Rewards Play+. You will need to set up your accounts with Play+ and transfer funds to your BoydSports account.
How do I fund my PayNearMe account?
Log into the app, go to My Profile > Deposit > PayNearMe. There is a complete description of PayNearMe deposit instructions here.
How long does a PayNearMe deposit take?
It takes about 15 minutes to process. There are many locations that take PayNearMe deposits, for a complete list click here.
Where can I check my betting history?
Transaction history and bet history are available within the app. My Profile > Transaction History.
